For Charles Royal, Royal Limousine is about more than just getting his clients from one location to another in a luxury limo. To him, it is about becoming a part of the fabric of the Mobile community and leading with honesty, integrity, safety and excellence. Charles wholeheartedly believes, as Maya Angelou said, that “People will forget what you said, people will forget what you did, but people will never forget how you made them feel.”

As owner and founder, Charles wants customers to value his services not only because he provides top-notch service, but even more because he and his team care for each client as though they were family.

“When you schedule a limo trip, you expect to be treated a certain way,” Charles said. “You want a nice limo and high-quality amenities, but mostly you want to feel cared for and important. You want to know you can relax and count on your driver to make your trip stress-free, relaxing and luxurious.”
Before founding Royal Limousine, Charles was an industry professional and local entrepreneur. He always had an interest in transportation and served in the Marine Corps specializing in ground transportation. While being treated for Stage IV Leukemia at Duke Medical Center in North Carolina in 2006, Charles dreamed of three things: to get well, graduate from college, and build a world-class ground transportation company designed to serve the discriminating patrons of the Gulf Coast.

From dreams to goals to reality, Charles never wavered. His singular determination paid off as he overcame leukemia, moved back to his hometown of Mobile and enrolled in college. In 2012, Charles graduated from the University of South Alabama with a degree in Social Work, and in early 2014, he founded Royal Limousine. Now, Charles has a new dream: to make you feel like Royalty by exceeding your expectations for excellence in luxury ground transportation and limousine services.

Royal Limousine's commitment to service extends to our community involvement as well. We believe in giving as much or more as we take, and we embrace community engagement as one of our core values. We provide complimentary service to local non-profits for various fundraisers and charity events. We have partnered with Shell Chemical/Vertex Energy to provide limo service to the Make-a-Wish Foundation to honor the wishes of children with critical diseases. We also support the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society and are proud members of the Mobile Area Chamber of Commerce and the National Limousine Association (NLA).
